Intervention on Alarm
The intervention on alarm service is closely related to the remote alarm monitoring service.
The security guards intervene when notified of an alarm by the Control Room.
The service can be divided in five phases, in which the Control Room and the security guards operate in collaboration and synergy:
1 SIGNAL RECEPTION
When the alarm signal is received, the Control Room communicates via radio to the security guard of the patrol in the competence area, to intervene on the objective to verify the cause of the alert.
2 FIRST INSPECTION
Once the objective in alert is reached, the guard performs a first external inspection to ascertain the causes of the signal; and inform the Control Room about the situation encountered.
3 SECOND PATROL
In the case of anomalies and/or breaches, the Control Room shall send a second patrol, as well as communicate the event to the Police.
4 CLIENT CONTACT
The Control Room shall contact by phone, one of the responsibles indicated in the commitment to inform him about the event and request, if necessary, the approval to guard the objective.
5 VERBAL DRAFT
Following the intervention, the guard writes down a verbal of what it has encountered, which will be transmitted to the Police station, and the Client.
